HOW TO TAKE PART IN THE CEREMONY

You have received an invitation at your personal email address and at your @kedgebs email address with the link to the registration site.
You MUST register online before midnight on the 7 SEPTEMBER. After that date, we will no longer be able to confirm your participation and guarantee you access to the ceremony.

You must give the full names and email addresses of guests when you register.
The invitation is valid for two guests per graduate. This is due to the limited number of seats in the ARKEA ARENA.

If you would like additional seats for your companions, please contact the graduates who will not be using their quota of 2 seats per graduate. You can then collect their QR code and present them on the day of the ceremony.
For your information, QR codes are linked to a graduate; if the graduate doesn't show up, the QR codes linked to him or her won't work.

Les enfants sont les bienvenus lors des cérémonies de remise des diplômes.
Toutefois, ces événements, qui durent plusieurs heures, peuvent sembler longs pour les plus jeunes.
Les enfants de moins de 3 ans ne pourront pas accéder à l’espace concert, et donc à la cérémonie, en raison du volume sonore élevé.
Les enfants âgés de 14 ans ou moins n’ont pas besoin de QR code pour accéder à la cérémonie.
À partir de 15 ans, ils sont considérés comme des accompagnants supplémentaires (voir la FAQ à ce sujet).
Nous nous réservons le droit de demander un justificatif d’identité afin de vérifier l’âge des enfants à l’entrée.

Si vos accompagnants ont besoin d’un visa pour assister à la cérémonie, vous pouvez obtenir un courrier officiel d’invitation de la part de KEDGE.
Pour cela, veuillez envoyer un email à diplomesbordeaux@kedgebs.com en précisant les éléments suivants :
  • Une copie de votre pièce d’identité
  • Votre programme
  • Votre campus
  • Le nom et prénom de vos accompagnants (maximum 2)
Un courrier vous sera transmis afin de faciliter votre démarche auprès des autorités consulaires.

THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

WHERE AND WHEN DOES THE CEREMONY TAKE PLACE?

For Bordeaux campus graduates, graduation ceremonies will take place on Friday 4 october and Saturday  5 October 2024 at the ARKEA ARENA, 48-50 Av. Jean Alfonséa, 33270 Floirac.

A ceremony lasts between 1h30 and 2h, depending on your program. Each ceremony is followed by a 1h30 moment of conviviality over a glass of champagne.
When you register (compulsory), you will be given an appointment time. Please respect this time to ensure that your ceremony runs smoothly.

COLLECTING MY DIPLOMA

ON THE DAY OF THE CEREMONY, HOW DO I COLLECT MY DIPLOMA?

You can collect your diploma during the drinks reception at the end of the ceremony. You MUST HAVE PROOF OF IDENTITY with you, otherwise it will not be given to you. 
NOTE: The certificate given on stage during the ceremony is not an official document and does not constitute your diploma.

If you are unable to attend your ceremony, you can request your diploma be sent by post by completing the 2022 Graduates Form and logging in with your @kedgebs email address.
Please remember that your diploma is a one-off document that cannot be re-issued or duplicated. Therefore, we suggest you keep photocopies as well as a digital version (scan).
No diplomas will be sent before the 15 of October but you may apply now.

Yes, this person must come with a copy of your ID, their own ID and a note signed by you.
Please request this before the day of the ceremony, by sending an email including all supporting documents to ceremoniebordeaux@kedgebs.com

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Smart dress is required. It's time to look out your best clothes and spoil yourself!

You will be able to pick up your gown and mortar board as you arrive.
Gown: You will be asked for a deposit of €10 (or an ID document), which will be returned when you bring the gown back. You can also buy the gown for €10.
Mortar board: You can keep this as a souvenir.

Nous adorons les animaux, mais malheureusement ils ne sont pas autorisés sur les lieux des cérémonies, pour des raisons de sécurité, d’hygiène et de confort pour l’ensemble des participants.
Seuls les chiens guides ou d’assistance sont bien entendu autorisés, sur présentation d’un justificatif.
